Rahul Shinde, one of the arrested individuals, reportedly circulated an obscene video in a WhatsApp group, while Yogesh Adhav forwarded the video after receiving it from Sandip Garje. The police have emphasized that strict legal action will be taken against anyone found engaging in such activities.
“The case is sensitive and serious. People must refrain from sharing any obscene material that could reveal the identity of victims, their families or residences,” stated SIT officials. This warning underscores the ongoing efforts by law enforcement to protect the victims involved.
