“For incentivizing manufacturing items to get setup early in PM MITRA, there’s a provision of Rs 300 crore per park, whereby the motivation may be supplied to manufacturing items as much as 3% of the overall gross sales turnover on first come first serve foundation,” the ministry stated.
As per the notification, the choice of websites will occur on a problem technique with parameters such nearly as good connectivity, enough high quality energy infrastructure, water and waste water disposal system, Business Pleasant labour legal guidelines, Single Window Clearances, Steady and Conducive industrial/textile coverage of the state.
A 2-stage choice course of has been put in place. Stage 1 is for preliminary choice of potential websites supplied by states whereby expenditure on structure of Particular Function Autos, planning of the park, and choice of Grasp Developer could be carried out. At Stage 2, websites shall be prepared for launch of Grants in Support for the development of the park.
India plans to arrange seven MITRA Parks in Greenfield/Brownfield websites in partnership with the prepared states with an outlay of Rs 4,445 crore from FY22 to FY28.
The scheme is to develop built-in massive scale and fashionable industrial infrastructure facility for total value-chain of the textile trade.
