“I believe it is an insult to the national flag,” stated advocate Wajid Khan Bidkar, who has filed a formal complaint against Indian cricketer Hardik Pandya. He emphasized, “According to Section 2 of the 1971 National Flag Act, we should respect the dignity of the national flag.” The complaint was lodged at the Shivaji Nagar police station, where police confirmed receipt of the application but did not disclose any further details regarding potential action.

Bidkar further stated, “The national flag is a symbol of the entire nation, and we can file a complaint here,” highlighting the significance of the flag as a representation of national pride.
